Christopher Winton-Stahle, “Photographer” holds a B.F.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University in Photography and Film. He is an award-winning photographer that has been recognized a number of times by the Virginia Museum of Fine Art. In 2006 he was awarded the Professional Fellowship Grant for his excellence with his personal photographic documentary, “Folk of the Blue Ridge”. He also briefly worked in China on a photographic documentary that would later become a three-year statewide exhibition titled “China Now” that would travel as a Virginia Museum of Fine Art Statewide Exhibition. Christopher has worked on advertising campaigns, has photographed magazine features, and has traveled nationally and internationally on assignment.
Christopher has been interviewed by Shutterbug magazine on his use of social media as an additional strategy to reach new clients. The article appears in the October 2009 issue.
